Terms of Service

1. Definitions and acceptance

Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Primunity provides infrastructure for building websites, selling courses and plans, and managing bookings, clients and payments. The service is provided as SaaS.

3. Account and user responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the content you upload, including compliance with the law applicable to your business.

4. Payments, subscriptions and cancellations

Charges are processed through a licensed payment provider. A right of cancellation is granted under the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations (distance selling). Invoices are issued as required by law.

5. Prohibited content

Do not upload unlawful, infringing, offensive or harmful content. The platform may remove content and suspend infringing accounts.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided AS-IS. Subject to law, the platform is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts in the Tel Aviv district.
